Hmmmmm...

The new year is here! We're enjoying new gifts and sharing stories from our holiday break.  School is back in session, and basketball tryouts will soon begin.  The Spelling Bee is right around the corner, and the DEEP Writing Program will continue in the 2nd semester.  If we're all so busy, why is it important to stop and read?  Seriously, why do you read?

    2. well i read because I enjoy it. as leilah said it makes me feel sumputous and ammuses me too. I can also picture all the things going on in the book. And i love to read because it cures my mind fro frustration and anger. When I read i feelthat i am special and that i can do something. When i read i can feel what the characters are doing and that i know what is going on too. So thats why i love reading!!
